We went to Descanso Gardens today.
The main reason was to find a waterfall (Item 18).
Of course, I knew there would be a rack of post cards (Item 5) in the gift shop.
And groups of tourists (Item 4) galore.
We couldn't pass up the Enchanted Railroad ride.
This little cutie couldn't take a bad picture.
It wasn't until later that I realized the guy sitting
in the back made a photo bomb (Item 10).
I thought I'd share a few more photos of the beautiful day.

This blue dragonfly posed long enough for this picture.
The squirrel wanted no part in any of this.
If you're ever in the La Canada (near Pasadena, CA) area,
the Descanco Gardens are worth a visit.
Wear walking shoes (sneakers).

I love it when people go on outings for the Scavenger Hunt. It's what summer and the Hunt is all about to me! What a pretty rack of post cards and lucky photo bomb.

Thanks, Rinda. Yes, this scavenger hunt is forcing me to get out and do things this summer. That can't be a bad thing... The photo bomb was entirely a surprise. The little girl got in my picture, but I didn't mind because she was adorable. :-)
