I love to use seasonal produce in my cooking.
With all those blueberries in the store,
I decided to make Lemon Blueberry Streusel Muffins.
However, instead of a big cake, I made muffins.
Admittedly, I tried making the big cake a few weeks ago.
It wasn't pretty. My fault.
Instead of the 10-inch round springform pan called for
in the recipe, I used a 9-inch round cake pan.
I thought, "it'll work."
No, it didn't.
I had cake spilling over the edges and lots of runny dough.
Anyway, these muffins worked perfectly.
I baked them for the same amount of time called for in the recipe.
These are really good! :-)
Still working on the pirate shirt...
I'm trying dimensional fabric paint.
I'm also working on my Mad Tea Party!
It's just two weeks away...
Lots of work to do...
Painting, planting, stringing, snipping... you'll see...
Oh yeah, on top of all that, there's My Desert Cottage's Where Bloggers Create

This means I need to try and clean my office area... it needs it.
