Chambord Raspberry Pinwheels

Do you have Chambord Liqueur sitting around,

just pleading to be put to good use?
I've had a bottle of Chambord Liqueur
lurking in my liquor cabinet for years.
It's not something I really drink.
The bottle is so pretty, though, I just had to have it.
Who could resist this beautiful bottle?
It's like a jewel.
I've never seen this clear bottle before.  Pretty!
Mine is this more classic bottle.
Chambord Liqueur is made in France from
red and black raspberries, Moroccan citrus
peel, Madagascar vanilla, honey, and cognac.
It magically enhances the raspberry flavor in recipes.
I came across this recipe for
at Tasty Kitchen and it's wonderfully tasty!
It's similar to cinnamon rolls, except
raspberry filling instead of cinnamon.
 Yum!!!!
Ooooh...
I just found this recipe for Chambord Brownies.
I'm going to have to try this one, too!!!
I hope you've been having a great January!
We've been streaming Ice Network's
Ice Dancing and Men's are my favorite events to watch.
Tonight, however, it's the SAG Awards.
I'm making homemade mac'n'cheese and
steamed broccoli sauteed in garlic and butter for dinner.
(flat iron steak for the man)
(see, I don't just eat sweets)
I hope you have a great week.
:-)
